This SV2 Servo controller+ improves on the standard SV1 as a servo controller normally only has 2 settings a start, and an end position. The servo then moves between these 2 positions when it gets a control signal from you DCC controller or switch from your control panel. Instead of having only 2 positions this servo controller incorporates a 16 second memory that allows the user to record the exact movements and speed to accommodate your needs with only the use of a small flathead screwdriver. The SV2 is perfect for adding animation to your layout and giving the user full control on how it moves, for example you can program your level crossing barriers/gates and set them to open slowly as well as making the motion look smooth or rough or even have the odd wobble, you can even have a golfer taking a few small swings before taking the final big shot………..it’s all down to your imagination!

Once the servo controller has recorded the movements it will then repeat those movements anytime a command or input is sent. We’ve also retained many of the popular features of the SV1 such as the signal bounce, resetting, and self-centering for easy installation. Not only can this be operated by a standard toggle/reed or push-button switch but also with a DCC command, however…..we haven’t stopped there! It can now be interlinked with our TTAS1 Auxiliary Switch giving the user a visual indicator on the status of the servo which is perfect for showing on a control panel.
