YOUR FREE DELIVERY TARGET
£150+
Your Trunk can help you reach the free-delivery threshold. When the combined value of the items being shipped is £150 or more, free delivery is available to eligible UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail Tracked. Below this threshold, normal postage charges apply.
A few important things to know
Storage limits
You can keep purchases in your Trunk for up to 3 months.
The maximum Trunk value is £2,000. Once you reach this limit, your Trunk will need to be shipped.
- In-stock items: These must be paid for when you add them to your Trunk.
- Out-of-stock items and pre-orders: We don't take payment until the stock is on its way. Please pay within 28 days of receiving our payment request.
- Choose the right checkout option: If you select and pay for delivery rather than “Add to Trunk”, your order will go into the despatch process. It may be too late to stop it, although we'll do our best to help if this happens by mistake.
- Shipping part of your Trunk: You can ship available items while waiting for others, but each separate shipment incurs its own postage charge where applicable.
Ordering from overseas?
You can use the TMC Trunk service wherever you live. Combine purchases and arrange delivery when you're ready, helping reduce the number of times you pay for international postage. Delivery charges will still apply to overseas shipments.
