Announced as part of the July 2026 TT:120 launch is a brand new model of the TEA bogie tanker wagon, covering diagrams built in the 1960’s and 70’s.
Featuring a highly detailed design, and sporting numerous finely moulded separately fitted parts, these imposing wagons were a very common sight across the British network for many years and would form an impressive rake behind one of our mainline diesels.
TT6088 depicts No. BPO 87192 in BP grey livery.

History:
These 100/102-ton bogie oil tankers were built in their hundreds and initially were leased to the privately-owned oil companies for transporting their raw liquid materials in bulk. As well as the original 1960s builders, further examples were produced by Marcroft Engineering, Powell-Duffryn and Greenbrier Europe, this example presented in distinctive BR markings.
