One of the most hotly-anticipated new model locomotive releases of the year has arrived for 'OO'. Boasting the ability to uncouple from rolling stock entirely hands-free (DCC sound-fitted Deluxe variants only) Bachmann's all-new Class 66 Co-Co locomotives unlock a world of better scale operational possibilities for modellers and collectors of the late-1990s era to the present day.

This model range redefines scale model realism, with Class variations carefully observed throughout its suite of tooling.

In stock now

The first arrivals depict 66096 in EWS livery, and 66515 in Freightliner livery. Both locomotives represent some of the earlier purchases by each of the respective companies - EWS 66096 arriving on UK as part of the first Class 66/0 order and 66/5 66515 arriving in 2000 as part of Freightliner's order.

Arriving next week

Next week's arrivals include Class 66/7s 66761 Wensleydale Railway Association and 66777 Annette in GBRf Europorte livery, with the balance of these refined all-new models arriving into early-2026.
