Housing estates large and small seem to be popping up around the UK at an alarming rate, and have been for many years now, so why not depict a new residential development on your layout or diorama using the Scenecraft House Under Construction. With the roof about to go on, our model includes internal walls, roof trusses and even the scaffolding around the structure that allows the builders to safely ply their trade. Use one model for a small development or ‘self-build’ project or add several to your scene for a larger complex because, you know what they say: ‘all new build houses look the same!’
