If all the items you placed on order are in stock then you should receive your consignment within two working days of receiving a dispatch notification.

If you selected any TMC customised work such as fitting DCC, weathering or renumbering, then there will be a delay whilst we carry out the work. If however you ordered an out of stock item then please allow up to two weeks for us to fulfill your order. Pre-order times may vary, please contact us for further details or consult the relevant manufacturers website for a delivery estimate. Orders being shipped outside the UK could take much longer, please contact us for an estimate. Click here for customisation lead times

You can have your orders delivered to a home or work address that's convenient for you. You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour in flat 1". However TMC are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.

Delivery will take place between 08:00 and 18:00 and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

You can also use our collect in person option and visit our showroom to collect your order. 

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Thursday will be despatched the same day.

Orders placed before 10am on Friday will be dispatched the same day however may not be delivered until Monday, and any orders placed over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday if a next day delivery option is selected.

2. RoyalMail Tracked 48 (up to 2kg) - from £3.50
3. DPD Local (1-3 working days) - from £5.95
4. DPD Local Next Day Delivery - from £6.95
5. Royal Mail Special Delivery up to 2kg (1-2 working days) - £9.99
6. DPD Local Next Day Fully Insured - £14.99
7. DPD Local Saturday Delivery - £19.95

All DPD Local services are fully tracked with a one hour delivery window. Please ensure that you provide us with your email address and mobile number to take full advatage of the DPD Local service - as illustrated in the video below.

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

For the locations listed below, please use our Royal Mail service, if this is not visible it might be because the order is too heavy, in this case you may need to split the order into two separate orders:

We now offer an international sercice through FedEx, offering superb service tracked all the way to your doorstep. Please contact us for an exact quote, postage can be as little as £15.00 to most European Countries up to 31.5kg. 

Often FedEx can provide us with a more competitive postage rate to ship to your location, use the 'request postage quote' to get an exact price for the cost of shipping to your location.

Postage outside Europe varies in price but it is still competitive compared with traditional methods depending on weight and size. 

International Delivery (DPD Local)

Often DPD Local can provide us with a more competitive postage rate to ship to your location, use the 'request postage quote' to get an exact price for the cost of shipping to your location.

Please note that when using a free shipping promotion code this will be sent by either the basic DPD Local method (1-3 working days) or by Royal MailTracked 48 regardless of which option you select. If you wish to have enhanced compensation or express shipping then this will be chargable at the normal rate.
