Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so by agreement with us.
Returns of un-wanted goods should be arranged within 30 days of receiving your order. Only unopened, sealed, and unused goods in their original unmarked packaging are accepted at the buyers expense.
However, please note that if there is a problem with your order or there is a quality issue please contact us before returning your goods as we can not retrospectively refund postage you have paid:
For UK Customers:
We can provide a pre paid postage label, this is only done so by prior arrangement with us
For International customers:
Please return the items to us using the most economic method, in most cases this will be by Standard Airmail. Should you have any queries then please contact us by phone and we can offer our advice
