These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so by prior agreement with us. This applies to online and in-store purchases.
Returns of un-wanted goods should be arranged within 30 days of receiving your order. Only unopened, sealed and unused goods in their original unmarked packaging are accepted, at the buyers expense.
However, please note that if there is a problem with your order or there is a quality issue please contact us before returning your goods as we can not retrospectively refund postage you have paid:
For UK Customers:
We can provide a pre paid postage label for goods that are faulty, this is only done so by prior arrangement with us and needs to be within 30 days from date of purchase.
For International customers:
Please return the items to us using the most economic method, in most cases this will be by Standard Airmail. You'll need to pay the postage. Should you have any queries then please contact us by phone and we can offer our advice.
You would be entitled to a refund if you return your faulty goods within 30 days of receiving them. The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days.
If you do not return the goods within the first 30 days and find a fault within six months of date of purchase a repair/replacement would be the first option. If this is not possible a store credit would be applied to your account.
If a fault develops after the first six months, the burden is on you to prove that the product was faulty at the time of delivery. In practice, this may require some form of expert report, opinion or evidence of similar problems across the product range.
All refunds must be issued to the same payment method from which the original purchase was made.
Please note we will not refund original postage costs for unwanted items.
Items returned to us will be tested upon receipt, any items experiencing a fault that seems to have arisen from any modification not made by us will not be accepted for return.
Any goods that are tested and found to be in good working order will not be eligible for replacement, and will be returned. In some circumstances, it may be necessary for an item to be returned to the manufacturer.
