Production of the Southern Railway Stroudley coaches is set to commence at Dapols Chirk facility, where their skilled and dedicated team will oversee the process. These models were first unveiled at Guildex 2023, accompanied by the initial decorated samples. This production run will feature the Southern lined green, electrically illuminated versions, complete with accurate underframe detailing. The batch includes two brake third coaches, a composite coach, and an all third coach. All models will be fitted with short buffers and couplings, while the brake third coaches will correctly feature longer buffers at the brake end, in line with prototype specifications.
