DB931321 represents a plate wagon in TOPS era livery and is coded ZDO. It was built at Shildon in 1951 with welded sides and rivetted ends plate front axle boxes and solid W irons. It kept its Freight Grey livery despite being transferred from revenue earning to departmental duties where a typical load might be concrete sleepers.
